Dear PhD Self,

You are Enough

I just want to remind you that you are enough. It is easy to lose sight what an important factor you are, in getting a PhD with the challenges of the program. There will always be more and more article to read, more comments will pour in from you supervisors and a lot more editing to do. Nonetheless, you are enough! you can make the corrections, accept the comments with grace because you know, YOU are the fundamental criteria to make PhD happen.

The situation or the stage you are right now in the PhD program might suggest that you are not enough or you are not capable but You are. Every learning experience you have gathered up to this level is a pointer to the fact that you are indeed enough to make this PhD happen and you are very capable. Now act like YOU are indeed enough because you are.
