In the previous post I was able to bring your attention to the noise in the head that needs to be shut off. Now that we are aware of it and acknowledge its existence, what do we do about it? Like I have a said before, I don’t claim to have all the answers as a matter of fact it, is my search or answers that led brought about this PhD journey. However, I can tell what I do to shut off my inside noise hoping that the technique will work for you as well. Here goes;
